      Work truck Staff stock….if you can last 5 years in order to qualify

      Cons

      Terrible work life balance Low pay, a little more than minimum wage Contacted at all hours Mandatory on call week & Called out to the site at all hours of the night Unprofessional environment Terrible management No growth Everyone is unhappy No incentive to be efficient or have good work ethic.

      Pros

      Staff is super nice and friendly, lots of field visits, and learning opportunities. As an intern, I never got bored and felt like I learned a lot about solid waste. Company has a lot of opportunities to grow as an engineer.

      Cons

      Feast and famine culture like any other consulting job but it compliments nicely with field work.
