      Diverse workload. Some great colleagues in Environmental Services.

      Cons

      Minimal development opportunities. Low pay. Promotions/raises are terribly inadequate. Minimal to non-existant mentorship. Junior staff is not prioritized. Expensive and ineffective health benefits. Siloed senior leadership.

      Pros

      Staff is super nice and friendly, lots of field visits, and learning opportunities. As an intern, I never got bored and felt like I learned a lot about solid waste. Company has a lot of opportunities to grow as an engineer.

      Cons

      Feast and famine culture like any other consulting job but it compliments nicely with field work.
