Very supportive and caring management

I don’t have any cons.

None that I can think of.

This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for—defined by weak leadership, no clear direction, and a deeply toxic culture. Favoritism runs rampant, accountability is nonexistent, flexibility doesn’t exist, benefits are expensive, and employees are undervalued and underpaid unless you’re part of the “club.”
