- Ancient flexible/remote working policy
- COVID response towards employees and the ability to work remote has been terrible. They have tried to force employees back to the office since last summer... see point above on lack of trust and no flexibility
- Feedback falls on deaf ears. People are leaving the organization due to all of this and no changes are happening. The amount of open roles now is unbelievable
