Benefits, profit sharing, company owned vacation cottages. Most of the production staff in manufacturing (colleagues), Company store, etc.
Cons
Upper and Lower management personnel are terrible and treat most of the manufacturing employees like garbage! Harassment toward employees (more so female production workers). If any of us develop medical issues or concerns; they either don't care, accuse us of lying or in a few cases have fired people for having anything medically wrong with them (ie,. arthritic conditions). I've witnessed a former employee get picked on and harassed by more than one manager and then fired because of developing arthritis and needing knee replacements. Other employees that have similar issues are now not seeking treatment because they figure they too will get fired eventually. Other former collegues have been fired without being given a reason whatsoever. No Union!
