I wont recommend - Research Analyst SBT Research Employee Review

There is none that I can even come up with no matter how hard I think

No employee relations , the CEO doesn't know how to manage or handle the employees and the projects properly , highly immature management , no discipline amongst the employees , doesn't fulfill the commitments given in the interview , tensed up environment almost all the time .

no pros at all, you will waste time working here.

SBT Research Pvt Ltd. is worst place to work. this fake company doesn't provide hike on salary, they only give fake promises. 1.employees are as treated as slaves here, they really don't care what employees are going through. 2. worst politics is played here and management don't take any resposibilities to handle it. 3.hire and fire process 4. CEO doesn't take any action, if a serious issue is complaint to him. 5. girls are unsafe to work here. 6. the CEO and Management is so stingy that he cant even pay for office stationary and salary hike. 7. they say you will get 30% hike on salary, but in actual they only give max 1000 or 2000 hike( consider your salary is 30k)
