      Pros

      On campus amenities: Indoor Olympic size pool, basketball and tennis courts, soccer field, track and gym/weights. On-site pharmacy

      Cons

      The above pros also are a con because work life balance was not a thing. The amenities were so good because they did not want you to leave the campus. Micromanaging managers were also an issue. No option to work from home if you wanted to.

      Pros

      Benefits: health coverage, on-site gym, childcare, healthcare center, and more. Work-life balance: predictable hours, flexibility for parents and a culture that doesn't expect you to grind 60-hour weeks.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
