      Market share is significant but has a negative trend.

      Cons

      The commissions plan for sales people y completely misleading since quotas are so high they cannot be achieved and management utterly lies when commissions are due. Personally I was stolen a commission from a big sale in Africa and had no formal way to escalate. The owner lost the vision he once had.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
