Senior members are well-versed in their craft, discussions by other teams were fruitful, showcasing their ability towards problem solving with clear intentions and approach using strong technical understanding over direct manager(s). Companies make nice data products.
Cons
Smaller team(s) do not have a good mix of skills, or rather lack there of for certain manager(s) - not disclosed here. Resulting in miscommunication and therefore discrepancies in work produced, alas, it won't be due to the miscomm from manager's lack of technical understanding - we know how that works. Not advisable for technical people to work in small team due to non-technical micromanager overseeing key projects (technical people knows what will happen) - ensure you are in the right team as per your interview.
