      Pros

      You get to work with damn cool Cary people 3 stars only for SAS Cary.

      Cons

      Pune management sucks. Manager oriented. Manager dictates every discussion. No freedom of work. Manager never trusts it's employee. If you are in good books with manager, you can get away without work and enjoy all perks. If you go against , your performance is screwed up. No bonus and no hike no matter how much good you work. Wfh is real joke. It's only on paper. Depends on your manager.

      Pros

      Benefits: health coverage, on-site gym, childcare, healthcare center, and more. Work-life balance: predictable hours, flexibility for parents and a culture that doesn't expect you to grind 60-hour weeks.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
