      Good benefits package. Flexible working hours. Other employees are friendly and helpful....well most of them!

      Cons

      Often get the impression management don't care. If your job doesn't directly make money then you're practically invisible. It's easy to get stuck in a rut.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
