Pros

Courses are very professional Can occasionally work from home in family emergencies Nice colleagues

Cons

Company has very low morals and ethical standards when it comes how it treats its employees. You’re expected to work and travel a fair bit in your own time which you don’t get back or paid for. Average rate of promotion is 2-3 years Everyone at the top between the two offices are either married or related. The only real people that get a chance at promotion stay within this remit. Everyone else gets the lower end of the opportunities. Have witnessed some truly awful behaviour within its own teams. Sales directors taking lead opportunities from sales staff to gain the commission for themselves. They don’t train properly from within. You’re expected to know the bulk of the information early on and get the blame if you don’t know. They hired early last for a new role created to support the sales team. They didn’t carve out the role enough in time when said staff started and from there the poor staff members have had nothing but abuse for not fulfilling a role to their expectations when it’s the companies job to support and create that role in the first place. Morale is at its lowest and it’s got to a point where it’s become a dog eat dog environment (everyone out for themselves throwing other colleagues under the bus) Commission as it stands although it’s being reviewed currently is less than 0.5%. This enables the managers and directors to cream off the absolute top and take care of themselves.

Pros

- Was essentially a 50 year old start up when they moved online during COVID - Some really smart, collaborative, kind coworkers - Got to build the automation frameworks from the ground up - Decent starting pay and good benefits

Cons

- Old and dated management style - Higher ups loved to create a fuss based on inaccurate or incomplete status updates causing other higher ups to panic, and then dig deeper and realize there was no issue - Pretty much no room for growth - No structure for promotions or pay raises - Laid off half their company in May 2025, cannot imagine how much remaining employees had to take on to carry the load and for the same pay. - "We're like family" attitude
