Imagine a plant operated by automotive rejects from Detroit that still think they are filming Gung Ho. Antiquated systems, machines, product line and people. Add a large mix of Japanese who can't manage, engineer or add any value and you have a company on it's last legs. Company bleeds cash, has horrific quality and shrinking market share to Chinese made copies. OEM Buyers would be smart to steer clear of this disaster.
