Pros
Good pay, unlimited hours, good CO-WORKERS, until you get to the supervisor positions. In the whole plant there are 3 maybe 4 good supervisors that are honest and helpful. The rest do their best at doing as little as possible and steal from the company by clicking in and hanging out socializing with each other all day. Upper management never checks so in the end less money for the ones actually doing the job and no job security for the temps.
Cons
They do not care about the temps. No matter how hard you work how much you do for them they don't care about you. The full time employees will put the blame on you and the other employees will back them even though real logic proves them wrong and since your a temp management take their word over yours. Management tells you one thing then does the opposite and without any notice you will be unemployed.
