Pros
As a brand new Full-Stack Developer, I felt like the team that I was assigned to really had a lot of patience as I was learning the ropes on being more professional and efficient. It was a great environment to learn in, and my team has been nothing but passionate in their endeavors to accomplish our goals. This has been a great place to start my career as a Software Engineer. I've earned a few certifications during my time at SAIC to include Security+ and AWS Cloud Practitioner, so it's a great place to not only start your career but build on it as well. There are incentive based raises that happen on a yearly basis, and other opportunities for promotions and upward mobility within SAIC.
Cons
You may potentially find yourself stuck on one project for an extended period of time, especially if it is a rather large project. Some projects mandate that you have certain certifications, so if you're not willing to put in the effort to study for them and pass, your opportunities may be limited.
