Pros
There is excellent working flexibility across the team. Workload discussions are frequent, especially concerning employee work-life balance. Senior management fosters a very cool and open-door culture.
Cons
One thing I don’t like about the position hierarchy is that a candidate with 5 years of experience is working as an Analyst or Senior Analyst, while at the same time, a fresher is also working as an Analyst, especially in the India team.
