Management tends to throw new employees in without much, if any training but expects work to be completed on time without any assistance. Work environment easily grows toxic due to employees not being held accountable for behaviors and actions. Can go to management and HR for issues, however, they are minimized and often the only way to escape the toxicity of the office is to quit and find a better opportunity for employment.
