Being a Safened employee in the office in Barcelona, ​​I spoke with my superiors to be able to adapt my schedule on specific days during the summer to be able to go and pick up my child from the kindergarden. Not only did they refused the 4 possible solutions I proposed, but I was finally fired for requesting a reduction in my workinghours of 1 hour a day, to which I am entitled by law (and to which I have no other option but to request, even seeing reduced my salary). The Barcelona office was chaotic from the first day of work. Among all the things that did not work, I will highlight: - After two months working there, they did not give us our signed contract (we signed it the first day) - The restaurant checks, which are part of our salary, were always late and in wrong quantities ... - Regarding the delays in the restaurant checks and the signed contracts, we never got any explanations or apologies from the company. - Internal promotions were made without changes in contracts and of course not in salary I would NEVER recomend this company to work!!!

- Lack of feedback, you never know if you are doing your job right or not - No contract until 2 months after having started to work. You are being paid but after 2 months of working there, some of us still don´t have the contract - Bank holidays not paid as promised. They said you will be paid 75% the bank holiday you work but this doesn´t appear in your next wages - You work most of the weekends and can´t complain about it, otherwise, they suggest you if you are unhappy to leave the company - Lack of trust or time for their employees, when you go to talk to the managers they are always busy
