Kind of a low salary.

I have 2 years work experience in Canada and to be honest, I feel working on SM solution is best because of number of reasons. My colleague are so friendly and understanding. Management is soo approachable and it makes sure all the employers and clients are comfortable and satisfied. In case of any problem, people can directly reach out to higher authorities . This organization helps to find individuals with high skill set and help them grow in their career . In short , this is the perfect place to develop a career as well as to contribute the best of your skill set for the organization .

One disadvantage I feel is I couldn't meet my colleagues or have a face to face conversation due to the pandemic . I feel its best to have such team meetings to develop personal relations and this is difficult in such a situation. Other than this, honestly, I couldn't find any disadvantage to be in being a part of this Organization.
