Pros

- Fast paced and good projects to work on - CEO and partners are very smart

Cons

-Lack of diversity at managerial level - If you are Norwegian and male, you easily get promoted to manager and eventually to partner. Forget about it if you are female. All partners are male. Male, Norwegian consultants get promotion very fast and eventually to partner. Look at the past consultants... It takes so much longer for a female consultant to become manager as compared to male counterpart. - Promotion based on relationship (mostly) - CEO is biased towards good looking people and Norwegian (talks more passionately and more to female employees during events e.g Christmas dinner.). If you are average looking dude, forget it. Move on. ;) - Consultants earn more than Analyst. - Overtime is common - Not suitable for people with family - Awful pension scheme - Compensation is not in par with the hours put in and market. - Send mostly Norwegians as expats to overseas markets.

Colleagues are top notch and great benefits.

Cons

Company politics are sickening. Its like being in a frat house, literally. Products are not aligned and messaging doesnt jive with global politics. Ever heard of Rystad? My point exactly.
