      Good entry level experience Decent benefits

      Cons

      Type of management determines how much you like where you are Commission structure has changed 4 times in 3 years to kill any motivation to make money Career advancement is limited unless you completely uplift life for less money at times depending on where you'd have to move.

      big company with over 70,000 items in stock nation wide

      Cons

      too many product managers that don't seem to be held accountable. warehouse is union and they take pride in shipping quality product
