Pros
As a company great, ( wish i could have worked at for for some of the ryersons that are getting good reviews)
Cons
For the location i worked at there are to many to list all- biggest cons is management they have there little picks of who they like and if you are not it your screwed. Want hire enough people to do jobs correctly.i was running 2 to 3 jobs a night for the past year as a shift leader. I was haveing to work 12 to 14 hour days. I had to train another shift leader on how to do his job and he made more then me from the start. Out of the 9+ year i was there i can count on 1 hand on how many customer orders i messed up. When there are other employees there that send messed up orders out EVERYDAY just because management had a issue with me by going off what another employee said they come up with reasons to fire me..... so not a equal opportunity work place
