      Decent pay; good benefits - DAY ONE. Challenging industry. Always changing.

      Cons

      2 WEEKS VACATION. They will not negotiate on the vacation time. Third week after 5 years. We were micro managed, but it was not that way everywhere at Ryerson. Young office culture preferred over seasoned, experienced team members.

      big company with over 70,000 items in stock nation wide

      Cons

      too many product managers that don't seem to be held accountable. warehouse is union and they take pride in shipping quality product
