Pros
A lot of amazing folks here who taught me tons about ecology and education. Developed a bunch of hands-on teaching skills, plus really excellent nature tools on site. Super busy but exciting.
Cons
I got pretty busy and burnt out kind of fast. It's a lot of littles outside in the woods, so lots of running around! I had a strange post-employment experience with the CEO, but didn't have any issues with this person during my time there. Taught me moving forward to set professional boundaries!
