All non-rental tractors have an onboard camera system that records in cab and out of cab whenever sudden movements are made while driving. They check for if you are using your phone or reaching beyond drivers seat.
Cons
Slip seating is common to the job since you are filling in for several accounts. Some accounts can be 100% touch freight, others No-touch freight. Benefits are good after initial high deductible. Some shops are great with getting you back on the road quick, other shops suck. Recruiter will tell you it's 70% no-touch freight. It depends on the account you are covering for. Some accounts require a sleeper, some are day cabs.
