Poor management at Rydell Honda Nissan - Technician Rydell Cars Employee Review

Warranty labor times are very low. Manager doesn't contact rep to deal with issues or to get you paid (flat rate pay). Never get performance reviews. Over staffed with technicians and not enough room to work on bigger jobs. Forced to work extra hours when busy but not paid overtime.
