Know your worth - Tax Analyst Ryan Employee Review

The salary sucks and I've been with this company sine 2014. Started as a temp. I was promised a full time position never happened. I left for 6 mths came back as a full time employee. I've been in the same position for 5 1/2 years no promotion which is unusual. But All the white ppl are getting promoted and i work just as hard and have proven my dedication with this company thru out the years.
