Pros
The people I worked with wonderful, and the company was good about giving time off when requested.
Cons
You do not get raises, the entire company is unorganized in everything it does, there is no incentives to do your best, most people who have worked there for a long time complain everyday about their job, the is not greif/bereavement pay...you must use your sick/vacation time.
