Pros

This a great company to work for. They value experienced management and are looking to improve the company overall. They are a growing company and value people who think outside the norm and aren't afraid of change. Hard work and commitment goes a long way in this company. You can grow and advance quickly if you have the determination and drive to improve. With little knowledge of the healthcare industry I was able to advance in a short period of time being hired as a supervisor. You have to be positive, bring new ideas to the table and be willing to work hard for what you want. A lot of comments made are by people who aren't looking at the long-term. Be willing to take on the challenge, share best practices and I promise you, the sky's the limit at RxCrossroads.

Cons

The biggest challenge I see is consistency across programs. The more like minded individuals we hire who have a passion for excellence will help bring this growing company to a new level!

Pros

Great Benefits and No Weekends

Cons

Long hours no family time no time to do nothing after work. Bi-weekly pay. I think the pay should be a little bit more. A lot of mean girls, clicks and followers. Dirty bathrooms, and dirty break room. You have to depend on your co-workers to train you. And a lot of them refuse to train or help you because they don't want to go outside their click. It's divided. I have a manager that refuse to look my way but made sure she had something to say, because I needed help she made that person go back to their desk. I don't feel like she should be a manager because she has an issue with me and she don't even know me. And whenever we have meetings the mean girl always has something to say. There one guy that is a manager he would see the girl training me speak to her and not even speak to me or acknowledge me whatsoever he is some sort of manager/supervisor and I am a new employee and yes I can say that he has done this numerous of times. I have had case manager to walk up beside me and check out my clothes and shoes and she walked off as if she has some sort of jealousy issue. I have a couple of girls that was in my face when I first got there but has turned on me since then for no reason.
