      Pros

      Decent benefits, some good people, nice culture, many volunteer/giving opportunities to help others

      Cons

      Grossly understaffed with unrealistic expectations, people are STRESSED and overwhelmed, not only during busy times but all the time, morale is not great and getting worse, poor work/life balance, associates are working all the time and still can't keep up.

      Below industry base pay, recent uncertainty of bonus achievement, flat growth, influx of oversight by parent company (less entrepreneurial spirit), recent reductions in force.
