Worst Place to work - Associate, Accounting Russell Tobin Employee Review

The management at this company leaves much to be desired. Leadership, including the CEO and finance directors, demonstrates a lack of vision and effective decision-making. The overall workplace culture is disorganized, with poor facilities and no HR support available in the Vadodara office. Work-life balance is nonexistent, and the overwhelming pressure makes this job incredibly stressful. I am actively seeking to leave this position as soon as possible.
