Blame culture. Lack of strong leadership and robust strategy throughout the business. The leadership in this company are greedy. Too much work being taken on and the lack of robust processes and desire to invest puts a huge amount of pressure on employees and they don’t seem to care. While the bonus is good the salaries are low. On balance the overall pay is possibly better than you’d get for a similar job but the atmosphere is quite frankly depressing. If I could give this company less than one star I would.
