Pros

Work from home, flexible schedule, growth potential, great for people starting out or wanting to grow in the industry.

Cons

This is a startup, not all processes and procedures are clear. The role was portrayed as a territory sales manager position but it is strictly cold calling to restaurants which is not for everyone. No clear procedures at first and minimal ramp up period.

Pros

-Your efforts and feedback are always seen, validated and rewarded; I initially started as an SDR and was promoted to TSM very quickly because of my performance. On the feedback side, as a fast-growing startup, Rushable has a flat organizational culture, which means everyone from different roles and different teams, even the CEO himself all work closely together towards one goal. Multiple proposals and new ideas I had proposed were adopted which made me feel like my work had been impactful for the company and its clients. -If you are competitive and strive to be a top performing sales manager, you will have constant thrills and adrenaline from closing deals, forming your own clients and connections in your territory and getting the corresponding commissions and bonuses at the same time. -Highly entrepreneurial position with lots of skill-building exciting projects; You decide how you want to best spend your work day and prioritize your work tasks. Prospecting approaches are diverse not just cold-calling, and its up to what works best for you. Besides running demos, based on your own interests and skillset, you can contribute in exciting projects like networking conference, providing marketing supports, CS team collaborations, and more. Overall, I learned some great professional skills that I will take with me forever from this job, from sales techniques, negotiation, teamwork, communication, to CRM and time-management . -Leadership opportunities: I loved that as a sales manager you directly manage and run a small team of 3-5 SDRs that help you generate leads and deals on your calendar. I learned great leadership mindsets from leading meetings, providing trainings and working with my SDRs together as a team. As your team works better together, your calendar are always packed with new opportunities for you to explore and close out.

Cons

-Needs more systemic and transformative sales trainings; I leaned in on reading books myself and on learning from one or two high-performing colleagues, and I wish there were more of these talents to learn from and be inspired by across the team. -Performance/ Salary review structure for advancements was a bit vague and it's up to you to take initiative to make that happen.
