Pros

Good benefits due to the large size company and pay. I did enjoy some flexibility to work from home as well. I loved the majority of the people I worked with and the public was awesome.

Cons

I did more than OM at the location I was at. At the time of my employment, the locations seem to operate almost like a franchise with little cohesive training or processes to share across the company. I took lots of notes and shared for future. Most areas are compiling work instead of hiring for the sake of #s. Impacting the Customer relationships which WILL impact the #s in the long run. I left due to working life balance being so far off and my extreme ownership wouldn't allow me to let go and not care. Something had to give.

Pros

Very little micro-management and senior leadership actually listens to engineer feedback. The pay and ability to work remotely was also great.

Cons

You may end up wearing multiple hats. While this can be daunting at first, the experienced gained was invaluable.

Pros

If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

Cons

Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
