      Cons

      Work hours are long and up to 6 days a week. Not much recognition for excelling in your position. Lack of DEI. Lack of a team environment.

      Pros

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
