Pros

Flexible between remote and in office. Kind office environment. Choose your own hours.

Cons

No bonus scheme, or path for higher pay Only way to get higher pay is to take management position - leads to a lot of managers who don't want to be management Pay rise fixed at 1% a year, Work you're doing can suddenly change direction anytime - eg: I joined and was told I was working on specific contracts, just before I left everyone was told that the office was going to essentially become a call centre. You will develop skills, but they will mostly only be applicable to their extremely over complicated, and outdated internal systems.
