Pros

Very open communication and a genuinely strong team culture. It feels like everyone is working toward the same goals, collaboration is encouraged. The office environment is energizing, and you’re surrounded by motivated, driven people. As a BDR, you work closely with AEs, consistent coaching on cold calling. There’s a good amount of trust and ownership given early on which makes it a great environment to learn fast and grow.

Cons

This is a fully in-office 5x a week week environment, which may not be for everyone. The BDR function is still being built out, so processes can change quickly and there are a lot of moving pieces so you need to be comfortable with ambiguity and willing to adapt as the team scales.

Pros

- The team is sharp, humble, and genuinely collaborative; people care about getting things right - There's a lot of ownership available if you want it; good performance is recognized and rewarded - Leadership is transparent about where the company is headed - People really care about each other. There's a strong sense of community and appreciation for each other

Cons

- If you want a place to clock in and clock out without really having to worry about the impact your work will have, this is not a great place to cruise

Pros

Feels good to work on a product that makes a meaningful difference in people's lives. We get to talk to clients regularly and visit their stores, then build things that they actually ask for / need. Having had experience in much larger companies, I think a place like Rundoo is a better place to learn and grow as an engineer, especially if you have an entrepreneurial / product-focused mindset. Things move really fast here.

Cons

If you're looking to just code or be a heads-down engineer you may do better at a traditional tech company
