Pros
The firm is led by really smart and creative people. Honestly, they are the best in the business for this region. Learning from them was an awesome experience. They allow even the most junior employees to work on major issues and the team really clicked well together. Lots of fun perks from time to time. They always have snacks and drinks (hot and cold) available, which is a really nice perk. They regularly have lunches for the staff and lots of celebrations and employee outings. Flexible vacation policy is very nice. They also allow you to work from other places (but the collaboration necessary for this job often didn't allow it, so I never really considered that a real thing). But if I was going to be somewhere for a few days before a vacation or something, I could work remotely no problem. They are a bring your own equipment to the office firm which I liked because I could pick out my preferred devices and they gave me a stipend for that. I liked that they allowed me to grow through experience, but for some folks that may be a con. Most of the time, they didn't micromanage or anything like that. Really good commission rate for anyone who brings in business. Few in the business does anything close to this. Really helps you build up you compensation.
Cons
This wasn't a con for me, but I feel like any potential employee needs to know. This is a fast-paced work environment. The firm works with many crisis clients and major issues popping all the time. You have to be flexible there as client needs can just pop-up. The environment isn't for everyone. I would just tell folks to see if you fit the culture. If you do, you can excel.
