Pros
The Rugged staff really love what they are doing and it shows. There is definitely a "janitor at NASA helps get men on the moon" type of vibe in the shop. The different machinists will go into great detail (maybe sometimes too much :) ) about how they perfect every part and what that means for the final product. They can definitely get really excited and go down the precision worm hole pretty quickly. The support and marketing staff then seem to carry that enthusiasm forward into their communication with the customers, vendors, etc.
Cons
I can't believe I am saying this but...I wish they were a little more boastful. They should toot their own horn sometimes because they are making enormous strides in the industry.
