Pros

The dogs are great, coworkers are not bad and isn’t socially draining.

Cons

Unfortunately there’s a lack of communication here most of the time. I was trained by 4 different people, none of which were managers and only one person ever explained anything to me. there (usually) aren’t any 15 minute breaks because there is simply no time. People will come in and train for a daw or two and never come back. There needs to be more structure and more communication between management and staff or else it will stay chaotic.

Pros

Animals were mostly great, you could bond with them since there were so many regulars. Most coworkers were fun to work with.

Cons

Low pay, management/corporate allowed for animals who were too aggressive to stay despite multiple reports of them being unsafe, I would walk over 100 dogs by myself regularly early in the morning. Because of low pay, not enough staff and heavy workload, tasks would be haphazardly done (including cleaning, feeding, medicating, walking dogs, etc.) HEAVY turn over from the ground up.
