Pros

Good brands to learn from in your early years

Cons

- The work environment can feel quite toxic at times, with noticeable favouritism and a lack of inclusivity, especially for employees from different states or cultural backgrounds - Team leads are unaccommodating when it comes to annual leaves, often making a big issue out of legitimate time-off requests - Leadership is lacking, there is minimal accountability, guidance or support, and decisions often feel arbitrary - Compensation is below industry standards - Work-life balance is ZERO

Pros

PTO and 401k match decent

Cons

Leadership quality has declined significantly in recent years. Juniors must absorb additional work and compensate for gaps in communication & organization because senior members are all but absent. High performers are rewarded with more work rather than meaningful recognition or advancement opportunities. Being a strong employee just meant receiving a disproportionate share of the workload and not being listened to when change would have been beneficial for my growth. The company is heavily focused on AI at the expense of critical thinking and professional judgment. The emphasis feels misplaced and creates additional rework rather than improving efficiency. Morale is low, turnover is high, and teams are stretched thin. Hiring has not kept pace with turnover, resulting in increased workloads for remaining employees. The culture has shifted noticeably from a collaborative environment to one where many employees feel unheard and disengaged.
