Pros
Working at Ruby Hospital has been a positive experience overall. The administration is approachable and genuinely supportive, especially Dr. Sarin, Dr Utpal and Dr. Animesh, who consistently go out of their way to assist RMOs. Their guidance, encouragement, and willingness to listen make a real difference in the work environment. The hospital is flexible giving you the space to learn and grow.
Cons
Not too many, but there is often a bit too much discussions about discharge summaries. Sometimes it feels like more time being spent worrying about discharges than the actual patient care.
