1. Increment process 2. Those who are seeing grooming norms they should see all of the staffs, partiality is there. 3. Should give importance of the staffs those who are really hard working, dont go for those who are showing off 4. Importance of department. 5. Those who are working in Pharmacy they are wearing white apron but those who are working in clinical pharmacology department they are wearing green apron.
