1.good behaviour 2.good work environment 3.helpfull nursing director 4.helpfull ns,dns & all staff 5.polite and helpfull behaviour of HR DEPARTMENT
Cons
1.no incriment 2.canteen food quality not so good 3.salary structure not so good 4.need more staff in pd 1st and 3rd floor 5.seperate a day care unit need I think .
