This is for SOM, Horrible management. Went from completely hands off expecting me to know what to do to an mega micromanager controlling boss. Almost everyone who works here is unfriendly. 0 training and extreme stressful. Pay not equal to expectations. Ridiculous things are constantly presented as an emergency. No one cares about you as an employee.
