Pros
There are really no good reasons to work there, you will not be appreciated at all.
Cons
They make you work extra hours with no payment. They say they value flexibility, but in their definition it means that they can put you to different departments to do work that no one else wants to do. Also, they really deceive a lot of people on their working hours, they promise you a lot and in the end you are emotionally and physically drained. Most of the people are rude within the company and you cannot trust anyone. Their onboarding process may take forever and you will be stuck doing the job you are overqualified for.
