Pros
The office location is decent and the benefits package is fine, if that matters to you.
Cons
I came in ready to work but pretty quickly realized there's a whole inner circle that gets the better shifts, the preferred accounts, basically everything worth having — and if you're not already friends with them or haven't been there since day one, good luck. I watched people hit their targets and still get passed over while others coasted, and the explanation was always thin. Management talks about merit and opportunity but honestly it's just cliques, the same people getting recognition and advancement while everyone else kind of gets left to figure it out. The favoritism becomes this background noise you can't stop hearing, which honestly gets old fast. It tanks your motivation because you realize the system isn't actually about performance, it's about fitting into whatever social dynamic already exists. After a while you're just exhausted, watching the same pattern repeat while feeling like you're being judged by whether you fit someone's vibe rather than what you actually deliver.
