Good colleges very good people around. CEO is good leader, but alone cannot help.

No professionalism, old employes are ruining the company. Not proper treatment to a juinor, they expect you working late and round the clock for no reason or very silly ones, more like harrasing. HR policies are no way in favour of employees. Very few leaves, your CTC is your take home, nothing extra. HR doesn't cooperate and make you helpless during the exit process, you need to be very wise handling this.

Goa.....the place where company takes it employees to annual week long picnic. Very young work force in terms of age and very helpful colleagues.

Boring monotonous work, no product or services training provided, too many people designated same position, growth very slow both in terms of salary and senior profile, no proper management structure and very low on ethics, no medical allowance, no provident fund, worst leave structure.
