Shift patterns for contract workers can change rapidly with little notification so flexibility is essential. Very little room for career progression from contract worker to permanent staff.
Emotional and self-centered MD. Everything was confidential even it was related to your work. Staff cannot share information among each other. For example, Marketing couldn't talk directly to Sales Team. Always requested everything at last minute though it was something to do with people outside the company. Career opportunities are high if you are a 'Yes' person.
