Famous brand in Middle East, good career opportunities. Competitive salaries and benefits. Lots of training within the company, almost all SOPs are ready so it gives employee guidance at daily work.
Cons
Young company, lack of brand standards in some areas, lack of consistency. Work atmosphere and sr.management attitude towards employees varies from property to property depending on particular GM. Company saves on staff duty meals so quality is poor, also accommodation is of low standards compared to main international chain hotels. Some managers and departments heads are not mature and skilled enough for their positions. Loads of favoritism - its very easy to make career for Lebanese people. Some unacceptable employees still remain in the company because they are being liked by some sr.managers, kind of double standards... Tend to keep all sections understaffed which causes existing staff to overwork and handle too much pressure. Company doesn't pay for any training courses outside the hotel like some international chains.
